Beef Bites
1 roll of cresent rolls (do not pull apart)
1 Cup chopped deli beef
1/4 Cup onion, chive cream cheese
6 slices of provolone cheese (thin)
​
Directions:
cut cresent dough in circles to fill each mini cupcak pan
Line the bottom with cream cheese of choice
Add beef to the top
Cut provolone in small circles and put on top
​
Heat oven to 375, bake for about 6 minutes
POPCORN STEAK BITES
  • 1 pound beef Cubed Steaks, cut 1/2 inch thick
  • 6 cups ridged potato chips (any flavor)
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 large eggs, slightly beaten
Dipping Sauce:
  • Ranch or Thousand Island Dressing, mustard, ketchup or bar-b-que sauce
Instructions
  1. Cut beef steaks into 1x1 inch pieces, set aside
  2. Place chips in bowl of food processor.  Cover; pulse on and off to form fine crumbs
Your Best Rib Eye Recipe

Ok I am going to cheat on this, as rib eye is my favorite steak to Grill as noted above, send me your favorite rib eye recipe

 

We love to share all the great recipes that have been made over time and especialy those tried and true ones from our mothers, grandmothers or daughters.

 

Feel free to try, I am blessed to have a husband who doesn't mind when I get creative.  ;-)

 

 

 
Instructions Continued
  • Combine pepper and flour i a shallow bowl.  Place crushed chips and eggs into two additional shallow bowls.  Dip steak pieces in flour, then into egg hen into crushed ships, turning to coart all sides and pressing chips onto steak pieces.​
  • Spray rack of broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray.  Place beef bites on rack in broiler pan so surface of beef is 6 inches from heat.  Broil 8-10 minutes or until 160 degrees.  Serve immediately with dipping sauce, as desired.

Classic Beef Sloppy Joes

     *total recip time: 40 minutes

      *Makes 4 servings

Ingredients

  1. 1 pound Ground Beef (93%/lean)

  2. 1 cup minced sweet onion

  3. 1 cup minced green bell pepper

  4. 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) unsalted tomato sauce

  5. 1/4 cup barbecue sauce

  6. 1/4 cup ketchup

  7. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  8. 2 teaspoons packed brown sugar

  9. 1 teaspoon dry mustard

  10. 4 whoe wheet hamburger buns or 8 slider buns

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLASSIC BEEF SLOPPY JOES

  1. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot.  Add onion; cook 3 to 5 minutes until golden brown.  Add ground beef and bell pepper; cook 8 to 10 minutes, breaking beef into 1/2 inch crumbles and stirring occasionally.

  2. Stir in tomatoe sauce, barbecue sauce, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and mustard; increase heat to medium high.  Bring to boil; cook 5 to 10 minutes or until sauce is thickened, stirring occasionally.  Season with salt, as desired,.

  3. Divide beef mixute evenly among buns.  Top with your choice of toppins
